Raquel Hartzell
Associate Educator - 3 day Younger Preschool
Raquel Hartzell is an Associate Teacher in the 2 Day Young Preschool class. Before teaching Raquel worked in animal welfare and veterinary medicine. She joined the DCP community in 2017 as a parent and immediately loved being in the classroom. In 2019 she began substitute teaching and worked as a float teacher the following year. She received an Early Childhood Education Certificate from CCD in 2020. Raquel loves performing improv, singing, and traveling. You will most likely find her on the floor of the classroom engaging in imaginative play while the children climb on her! She is excited to continue learning and playing with the children at DCP.
